Shipping & Returns
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
Processing and shipping will take 5 to 15 business days depending on your location. In the event of shipping delays for any reason, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
The shipping rate is calculated based on the destination country and it will be displayed during the check-out process. Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.
SECTION 2 – CUSTOMS and IMPORT DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
US orders will ship from the USA and other orders will ship to your country from either your country or the nearest production facility. International shipping may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. When shipping these international packages/orders, The Travelling Print can’t predict and collect the duties, taxes, particular charges to be held at the destination country. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, so if you’re not, let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Please note that each and every print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund. Additionally, please double-check that your address has been entered correctly. We are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect shipping details.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to thetravelingprint@gmail.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Teslimat ve İade
BÖLÜM 1 – NAKLİYE
Baskı ve nakliye süreci, bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak 5 ila 15 iş günü sürer. Herhangi bir nedenle gönderimde gecikme olması durumunda, sizi en kısa sürede e-posta yoluyla bilgilendireceğiz.
Nakliye ücreti, varış ülkesine göre hesaplanır ve ödeme işlemi sırasında görüntülenecektir. Ürünün mülkiyeti ve hasar riski, belirttiğiniz teslimat adresinde size teslim edildiğinde size geçecektir.
BÖLÜM 2 – ULUSLARARASI SİPARİŞLER İÇİN GÜMRÜK VE İTHALAT ÜCRETLERİ
ABD siparişleri ABD'den, diğer siparişler ülkenizden veya en yakın üretim tesisinden ülkenize gönderilir. Uluslararası nakliye, paketiniz ülkenize ulaştığında alınan ithalat vergilerine ve/veya vergilere tabi olabilir. The Travelling Print, bu uluslararası paketleri/siparişleri gönderirken hedef ülkede uygulanacak harçları, vergileri ve özel ücretleri tahmin edemez ve tahsil edemez. Bu ek ücretlere maruz kalırsanız, paketinizin gümrükten geçebilmesi için bunların ödenmesi gerekir. Ülkenizin gümrük politikaları hakkında daha fazla bilgi için lütfen yerel gümrük idarenizle iletişime geçin.
BÖLÜM 3 – İADELER
Satın alma işleminizden memnun ve mutlu olmanızı istiyoruz. Eğer değilseniz, lütfen bize bildirin. Siparişinizle ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşamanız durumunda lütfen teslimat tarihinden itibaren 3 gün içinde bizimle iletişime geçmenizi rica ederiz.
Lütfen her baskının sipariş üzerine özel olarak üretildiğini unutmayın, bu nedenle baskınız hasarlı veya kusurlu gelmedikçe iade kabul edemeyiz veya para iadesi teklif edemeyiz. Ek olarak, lütfen adresinizin doğru girildiğini bir kez daha kontrol edin. Yanlış adres bilgileri nedeniyle kaybolan ürünleri yeniden gönderemez veya ücret iadesi yapamayız.
Ürün postada hasar görmüşse, lütfen thetravelingprint@gmail.com adresine hasarlı ürünlerin fotoğraf(lar)ını gönderiniz. Size ücretsiz olarak memnuniyetle yenisini göndeririz.
